  • Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
  • It is mandatory to follow social distancing.
  • Kindly refrain from buying tickets incase of any sickness or symptoms.
  • Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
  • Rights of admission reserved.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
  • As per the State Government Guidelines, in order to enter the event, it is mandatory to be fully vaccinated.

Our management respects your privacy. All ACTC Events personnel processing Personal Information are obliged to keep such information strictly confidential.We collect both personal and non-personal information. The management will only collect such personal information that is necessary for the functioning of the event.

Management Events will process your Personal Information to provide customer service and other services at your request, to send you information, including confirmations, invoices, and other communications, as well as communicate with you about promotions and other news about services offered by ACTC Studio.

ACTC Events commits to adhere to the applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the processing of Personal Information, as well as to process Personal Information in compliance with good processing practices.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the case of cancellation of the event due to weather conditions or due to company decisions. Refunds will not be provided if the event is postponed.
