Over the years, ACTC Studio has come up with some of the unique brands of Events for which we claim exclusivity over rightfully. We have successfully executed those unique events which we conceptualised and made a niche for ourselves in the Event
Management industry of the country.

Tamil Marathon

Tamil Marathon is an initiative in aid to spread the awareness and importance of Tamil Art, Culture and Tradition with the categories of run stretch – 3 km, 5 km, 10 km & 21 km and also to elevate the rural development of the state Tamil Nadu in terms of education, health, sanitation and many more needs, whereas 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the village welfare and the needy people. 

Alaska Fest

Alaska Fest is Chennai’s Largest Rooftop Music Festival spanning two days. It is a perfect amalgamation of music, party and food. Alaska Fest has an exciting line-up of world famous artists. It is the epitome of all sundown pool parties in Chennai. It is conducted annually to celebrate the true spirits of music and party at the largest rooftop in Chennai.

Rooftop Cinema Carnival

Rooftop Cinema Carnival is exclusively for all the movie buffs in the city. Cult and classic movies across languages will be screened on the rooftops. It offers an experience to witness your favorite movie while gazing at the stars beside your favorite beverage. RCC welcomes you to an excellent ambience combined with a shared love for movies.

Big Saturdays

Big Saturdays is a segment where we bring to you world famous artists whom you would love to see. With ‘Big Saturdays’ your weekend planning is made simple. You can enjoy these talents while looking up at the cosmos and having your personal favorite food and beverage.

Miss Kollywood

Miss Kollywood is an annual beauty pageant contest and an opportunity meant for young women to prove themselves, who aspire to be artists and models. Conceptualised by ACTC Studio, the contest serves as a window of opportunity as well for any aspiring artists or actresses to score their first role on screen Tamil cinemas, soaps and reality shows.

JFM (Junior Film Makers)

Junior Film Makers (JFM) is an initiative to provide a platform and appreciate young film makers from across the nation to prove their film making talent. JFM came into existence in the year 2010 in the name of Soul Element. The event since then has been supported and patronised by some of the leading film makers in the Kollywood industry.

AIR – Open Air Fashion Week

In a first of its kind, ACTC Studio has conceptualised a unique kind fashion show that is expected to be realised soon. Open Air Fashion Week is an outdoor fashion show that is expected to happen on open grounds. The fashion show will feature some of the top brands and models as the jury and be an opportunity for young models to feature themselves.

Abdul Kalam’s Icons

True to the name of our late president and our student’s icon Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, ACTC Studio came up with Abdul Kalam’s Icon as an educational event dedicated to bring out the best talents as Student Icons in each field of academics in the nation, in collaboration with top educational institutions and top corporates.

Ambrosia Food Festival

Ambrosia Food Festival is a mega food festival that is a one stop for all cuisines, created by Adyar Times and executed in partnership with Ingenious6. The mega festival will feature all cuisines from across the world, cooked and crafted by leading chefs under one roof. The festival also has place for music bands, Disc Jockeys and Fashion shows to entertain audience.

The management will only collect such personal information that is necessary for the functioning of the event.

Management Events will process your Personal Information to provide customer service and other services at your request, to send you information, including confirmations, invoices, and other communications, as well as communicate with you about promotions and other news about services offered by ACTC Studio.

ACTC Events commits to adhere to the applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the processing of Personal Information, as well as to process Personal Information in compliance with good processing practices.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the case of cancellation of the event due to weather conditions or due to company decisions. Refunds will not be provided if the event is postponed.
